was amazinggg. The transformer series never fails. :D Kudos to michael bay. At first i was feeling kinda mehhh about the new girl, Rosie, cause I liked Megan Fox in the transformer movies… but dayum Rosie’s hot too. :P I wonder why megan fox wasn’t in this one? It was a pretty long movie though.. but all worth watching! Another movie to add to my favorite movies list… :)
Don’t you hate it when there’s something on your mind and as much as you try not to think about it…. it’s just constantly there haunting you? And it’s not even something overly important, just little stupid things gathered together. I wish there was a button to shut it off.. temporarily at least.
Shortly before the game ended, the riot broke out. I remember standing in the crowd with my boyfriend when suddenly everyone started running and people were like, “run run!” and we ran. We honestly thought it was a bomb or something.. only to realize it was just a few idiots starting a fight. I am sooo glad we hurried back to the canada line and made it home safely.
I can say right now I’m very ashamed to be living in Vancouver. We’re known to be a beautiful multicultural city and yet here are these idiots making a fool out of themselves and ruining our city. I’ve heard that the windows at the bay were smashed, london drugs was robbed (and I’m sure a number of other places were too), people climbing poles, portable potty houses being knocked over, cars flipped then lit on fire as well as POLICE cars… and so much more. Don’t know if this is true or not or it may just be a rumour, but I heard a Bruins fan was knocked over at the overpass… but luckily he landed on something apparently, so he didn’t die.
I thought human nature was better than this. What I thought was funny was that in the photos and live video footage, there was not a single girl in sight. Majority of the idiots were men. Young immature men. Grow up. Is it so fun to ruin your own city and act like a douche bag? Why don’t we see how fun it is after you’ve been arrested. It is unfortunate that we lost.. and we didn’t get the Stanley Cup, but we made it pretty far! We’re placed second. What happened to good sportsmanship? No, instead these idiots let their egos control their actions. Vancouver is better than this.

Went to downtown for the game AGAIN on friday :P But we didn’t watch the game this time.. only shopped and ate. The canada line was sooo packed.. Didn’t even need to hold on to the bars or anything ’cause everyone just squished against one another haha. Met up with Jun and walked around for bit then went to the Italian Kitchen for dinner. :) My first time sitting upstairs! And our waiter was really nice. They gave us risotto to try first:

Walked on Robson afterwards.. felt so stuffed after all the food! While we were walking down to the ice cream shop, suddenly we heard screams and people were pounding the windows of restaurants… We scored! :D It was pretty chaotic that day.. It was so dead at the ice cream shop.. then right after the game, everyone started coming in. I got mango and choco banana (their new flavour) sooo yummy. :3
Going down tomorrow again. :) GAME 7, we better win the cup!!!
Just Can’t Get Enough – Black Eyed Peas
Game day yesterday!! Decided to spend the day in downtown since it was so nice out. I haven’t seen so many people on the streets since the Olympics.. There’s probably going to be even more people on Friday. 0_0 Walked around for a bit, ate some food, got some bbt, then walked over to CBC to find a spot to watch the game. Outside library square there were a couple of girls doing face painting jobs for free. :) Saw two bald guys getting the canucks logo painted on their foreheads haha. I got the ‘c’ on my right cheek and bb got one too on his left cheek. :) The game itself was very disappointing… didn’t cheer much. I wonder who will win the next game… BELIEVE IN BLUE. We left right after 2nd period ended and headed back to Richmond for some food. :3

Finally finished editing this layout after a few days of tweaking! I’m kinda going through a Vampire Diaries obsession-phase, which explains the theme of this layout. TVD! <3 I want to thank Lissa for hosting me.
Anyway, I think yesterday marked the official start of summer (well for Vancouver anyway). Sunny warm-ish weather… 
Perfect for the beach. :D Went to Benkei for lunch then headed down to Spanish Banks. Took awhile to find a log ’cause there were so many people! I think we stayed there for around 2 ish hours? It wasn’t exactly the warmest, but when we hid behind the log, it blocked the wind. :P I’m just happy that the rain is going away.. for the summer at least. :)
